KimberlynQ, originally known as Kimberlyn Quek was born and grew up on a small island country, Singapore. She graduated with a Merit in Diploma in Fashion Design in 2003 and started her first job as a Lingerie Designer in Pierre Cardin Lingerie, Sing Chye Heng Investment Holdings. During her work experience as a Lingerie Designer, she found her new passion for designing floral full prints.

In 2004, she attended London College Of Fashion Designer PatternCutting Course in continual of her fashion studies. She loves designing and realising a design. In 2006, she started freelancing for a newly set up company which launches the site Fashion Confidential. She illustrates the latest trends from the runway, magazines and retail outlets for advertising and promotional purposes on the website. Drawing is an enjoyable experience for her in every of her given assignments.

End of 2007, she revamped this website after attending a web design and development course in 3D Sense.

She was designing printed carpet tiles for 6 months in Jackson Carpet in 2008. Realising fashion is still the real deal for her, currently she is back on designing and branding for lingerie in Sing Chye Heng Investment Holdings.

She hopes to major on print in either fashion/ textiles or tableware designing in future.
